Elizabeth spent almost two decades at a leading $1B tech company prior to joining SCS. Working in sales, business consulting, and customer success gave her insight into building strong customer relationships, delivering on commitments, and working as a true partner to help customers achieve their goals. Elizabeth brings this same attitude to her leadership role at SCS. She is passionate about building a company in service to its customers. Elizabeth is trained in Project Management and Root Cause Analysis and is a certified Lean Six Sigma practitioner. She is focused on continually improving internal processes and the SCS customer experience. Elizabeth lives in Atlanta with her husband, young daughter and dog, Dolly. In her downtime she enjoys volunteering at her daughter’s school and baking.

Prior to joining SCS, Robert led efforts to build a commercial maintenance vendor aggregator for a Fortune 500 company that focuses on real estate and investment management. Previously he focused on sourcing vendors for a different Fortune 500 company whose mission was global commercial real estate services. With his vast industry knowledge, Robert brings incredible insight into commercial customers’ maintenance and property management needs. He is focused on the overall operational model for SCS and building customer relationships. Robert lives in Atlanta with his wife, young daughter and dog, Dolly. In his downtime he enjoys catching as many Braves games as possible and working on house projects.  

Our operations staff are the foundation of SCS. They provide value by scheduling technicians, communicating with customers, building estimates, and providing exceptional customer service. With years of experience, our team reduces the friction associated with getting a service provider onsite. 

For Commercial Services, our administrative team is trained to help with corporate offices so you can get back to business as usual without any additional headaches.

Our field technicians have a combined decades of experience in a variety of trades including Electrical, Plumbing, and General Handyman services. Their work experience includes commercial and residential services, apartment maintenance, large national retail brands, and more. You can feel comfortable knowing that all technicians have undergone background checks, drug testing, and company training prior to working in the field.
