Solid Commercial Solutions (SCS) was founded in 2001 to provide maintenance services to commercial businesses in the Atlanta metro area. Staffed by a team of industry experts and highly-skilled technicians, SCS provides customers with innovative solutions for their maintenance needs, including preventative and reactive maintenance, large scale projects and refreshes, as well as new build-outs.
In 2025, SCS Home Services was launched to provide the same dedicated service to residential customers. Leveraging the power of Solid Commercial Solutions, SCS Home Services is bringing the same quality work and dedication to Atlanta area home owners.
We are a proud woman-owned business, employer of US Veterans, and accredited Better Business Bureau business.
In 2021, Robert and Elizabeth Zebrowski purchased Solid Commercial Solutions with the goal of leveraging technology and best in class customer service to expand its footprint and deliver services more efficiently and effectively for customers. After years of leading teams in the corporate world, the pandemic and subsequent birth of their daughter had them looking for an opportunity to lead a company in an underserved market.
Since that time, SCS has grown to become the premier facilities maintenance company in Atlanta, expanding their services offered and completing thousands of work orders each year.

SCS Home Services was developed and launched in 2025 from their personal challenge in finding qualified and dedicated trades professionals to deliver work in their own home. Leveraging the power of Solid Commercial Solutions, SCS Home Services is there to deliver what you need when you don't have the time or skillset to DIY.
